Information for Estimates
We are proudly a dealer for Midea, Mitsubishi and Ameristar
We offer financing that is sure to match your budget. Financing is available for new system installations, system change out, and repairs.
Below is some of the basics that we will gather when we are on site for your estimate appointment.
Information Guide Line
The information we gather below will allow us to do what HVAC industry calls a heat loss or load calculation. This ensures that the system is sized properly for your home, and your comfort needs. Going with the biggest system, just because is not the right way to go about it, and honestly, it could cause issues down the line.

For traditional ducted systems, it is imperative that ducting be sized appropriately. Too large of system with too small duct work, will cause a myriad of issues with the system you just invested your money in. Including shortening the life of the system. This goes for systems that are too small, it can cause the unit to overwork and your family to not be comfortable.

When we come to your home to bid, we will take photos of the electrical panel, and of the existing equipment (unit change out) or the space you want the equipment (adding a mini split or adding an air conditioner or heat pump). Your consultant will take notes such as measurements and what was discussed. All of this information will ensure the smoothest installation and best pricing we can offer.

Some companies will give quotes over the phone or without doing a site visit. While in some situations, this will work, and we can also provide that, we have found that most cases, a site visit is required.
A site visit gives you an idea of who we are as a company, gives you a chance to ask any questions, and also gives us a chance to make sure our bid is priced without any fluff. This means, we are only charging for what we need, and not adding in additional percentage to cover things that were never seen, because we weren't on site. Which could end in needing to get a change order and increasing the cost of the original contract.
Site visits are especially important if you are replacing an oil furnace with an air handler and heat pump. Most duct work for an oil furnace is undersized. When replacing this with an air handler, we must size the new equipment to work with the existing duct work. If the equipment is too large for the ductwork size, this will cause issues with the equipment and drastically lower the life expectancy of the new equipment.
